Is BLAZE free to use?
Yes! BLAZE is free to download and use. You can create a profile, browse members, and receive matches at no cost. Premium features like unlimited likes, priority matching, and read receipts are available through optional in-app purchases.
What platforms is BLAZE available on?
BLAZE is currently available for Android devices. You can download it directly from our website. We're working on expanding to more platforms in the near future.

How do I create an account?
Download the BLAZE app, tap "Create Account", and follow the setup wizard. You'll need to provide your email, verify your phone number, upload at least one photo, and complete our age verification process.
How does profile verification work?
We use a multi-step verification: first, you take a real-time selfie that's compared to your uploaded photos using AI. Then we verify your phone number. Verified profiles receive a green badge visible to all users, boosting trust and match rates.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile will be removed immediately and all personal data permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send a secure reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@blaze.app.
How does the matching algorithm work?
Our AI analyzes your preferences, swiping patterns, messaging behavior, and profile compatibility to suggest highly compatible matches. The more you use BLAZE, the smarter it gets at finding your ideal connections.
What does the compatibility percentage mean?
The match percentage shown on each profile represents how compatible our algorithm estimates you are based on shared interests, preferences, lifestyle, and communication patterns. Profiles above 85% are considered highly compatible.
Can I match with people in other cities?
Yes! While BLAZE defaults to showing nearby users, you can expand your search radius or use the "Explore" feature to discover people in any city worldwide. Premium members can set their location to any city.
How do I report a user?
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or within a conversation, then select "Report". Choose the reason and add optional details. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
Are my messages private?
Absolutely. All messages are end-to-end encrypted, meaning only you and the recipient can read them. Not even BLAZE staff can access your conversations. Private photos shared in chat are also encrypted.
Can other users see my exact location?
No. Other users only see an approximate distance (e.g., "2.4 km away"). Your exact GPS coordinates are never shared. You can also disable location sharing entirely in your privacy settings.
What safety tips do you recommend for meeting someone?
Always meet in a public place for your first date. Tell a friend or family member where you're going. Use our built-in video chat to verify the person before meeting. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, don't hesitate to leave.
What features does Premium include?
Premium unlocks: unlimited likes, see who liked you, priority placement in search results, read receipts, advanced filters (height, education, lifestyle), rewind (undo last swipe), global location passport, and an ad-free experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's subscription settings (Google Play → Subscriptions) and cancel BLAZE Premium. You'll retain premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial of Premium features. No credit card required to start. If you love it, subscribe to continue. If not, you'll automatically revert to the free plan with no charges.
