Terms of Use

BLAZE is exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Use only your own photos and not impersonate any other person
• Keep your password secure and not share access with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Users of BLAZE agree to treat all members with respect and dignity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive language
• Sharing explicit content without the recipient's consent
• Solicitation of money, goods, or services
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Distributing malware or attempting to compromise the platform
• Any illegal activity or violation of local laws

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BLAZE, including photos, bios, and messages. By uploading content, you grant BLAZE a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

BLAZE offers optional premium features available through in-app purchases. By purchasing premium:

• Payments are processed securely through Google Play billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• Premium features are for personal use only and are non-transferable

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. If you encounter suspicious behavior or feel unsafe:

• Use the in-app report button on any profile or message
• Block users who make you uncomfortable — they won't know
• Contact our safety team at safety@blaze.app

We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including permanent bans for serious violations.

BLAZE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view immediately, and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

BLAZE provides a platform for connecting people but does not guarantee the behavior, identity, or intentions of its users. We are not responsible for any interactions that occur between users, whether online or offline.

Always exercise caution when meeting someone for the first time. Meet in public places and inform a trusted person of your plans.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of BLAZE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
